This company was founded with a passion for helping others succeed through coaching, leading and supporting.
Our mission is to assist our partners in achieving great results by playing an active role, providing hands-on support, guidance and leadership in projects that are connected and aligned to their strategic principles and goals.
We have developed a Vision of 2014 for Fourth Dimension Partners that helps us strategically grow the practice as we do the work outlined in our mission and assist our partners with the goals and objectives set forth in each project we undertake with them.
We are passionate about our work and commitment, and value integrity, accountability, innovation and results. Our clients are our partners, and we are committed to providing solutions that can be measured for success. We are open, honest and sincere, and we provide our partners effective strategies that produce positive results.

Mickey brings over 15 years of leadership, innovation, energy and passion into his work - and success has followed. He spent almost a decade leading a successful adult education program that produced record results in enrollment, revenue and student satisfaction. He followed that effort by reaching out to mentors, colleagues and friends to create Fourth Dimension Partners.
He specializes in adult student enrollment strategies, building compelling marketing campaigns and designing service operations that produce tremendous value for students.
